Mobil Uygulama Gizlilik Politikası

Uygulama iki yoldan dağıtılır: Google Play ve depologi.com İndirmeler sayfasındaki ya da işletmenizin kendi sunucusundaki APK dosyası. İki sürüm aynı verileri işler; farklar aşağıda ayrıca belirtilmiştir. depologi.com web sitesinin formları ve ziyaret istatistiği için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni ve Çerez Politikası geçerlidir. 1. Veri sorumlusu kim?

Depologi, onu kullanan işletmenin kendi sunucusunda çalışan kurumsal bir depo ve saha yazılımıdır. Uygulamanın kendine ait bir sunucusu yoktur: ilk açılışta işletmenizin Depologi sunucusunun adresi girilir ve uygulamanın topladığı veriler yalnız o sunucuya gönderilir. Hesabınızı da işletmenizin yetkili yöneticisi açar; uygulamada kendi kendine hesap açılmaz.

Bu nedenle 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında uygulamada işlenen kişisel verilerin veri sorumlusu, uygulamayı size kullandıran işletmedir (çoğunlukla işvereniniz). Uygulamayı geliştiren Mobilteg ("Mobilteg") bu verilere erişmez; yalnız işletmenin talebiyle yapılan kurulum ve destek çalışmalarında, işletmenin talimatıyla ve hizmetin gerektirdiği ölçüde erişebilir ve bu durumda veri işleyen sıfatıyla hareket eder.

2. Uygulamanın işlediği veriler

Yalnız APK sürümünde bulunan bölümler: Google Play sürümünde B2B müşteri girişi ve yapay zekâ asistanı yer almaz. APK sürümünde, işletmeniz bu bölümleri açtıysa şu veriler de işlenir: B2B başvuru formu (firma ünvanı, vergi numarası ve dairesi, ad soyad, e-posta, telefon, il, not ve IP adresi), B2B oturumu (cihaz kimliği, platform, IP adresi), B2B mesajları, iade fotoğrafları ve ödeme bildirimi (tutar, banka, tarih ve dekont fotoğrafı); yapay zekâ asistanına yazdığınız sorular ve yanıtlar (5. bölüm). Uygulama ödeme almaz; ödeme bildirimi yalnız bilgi verir.

3. Çalışan konum takibi

Depologi, saha personelinin mesai içindeki konumunu işverenine iletebilen bir çalışan konum takibi özelliği içerir. Bu özellik açıkça şöyle çalışır:

• Ne zaman başlar: yalnız şu dört koşul birlikte sağlanınca ve uygulama ekrandayken: oturumunuz açıktır; işletmeniz sizi saha personeli olarak tanımlamıştır; uygulamadaki KVKK açık rıza metnini onayladınız; saat, işletmenin belirlediği mesai aralığındadır (ayar okunamazsa 08:00–18:00). Depo kullanıcılarında hiç başlamaz.
• Uygulamadan çıksanız da sürer: takip, Android'in kalıcı bildirim gösteren ön plan hizmetiyle yapılır. Başladıktan sonra uygulamayı arka plana alsanız ya da ekranı kapatsanız da konum kaydı, bildirim görünür kaldığı sürece devam eder. Bildirim izni verilmezse ya da uygulamanın bildirimleri kapalıysa takip başlamaz ve uygulama nedenini gösterir. Uygulama "her zaman" (arka plan) konum izni istemez; yalnız "uygulamayı kullanırken" izni ister.
• Ne kaydedilir: enlem, boylam, zaman, doğruluk, hız ve cihazın sahte konum (konum taklidi) işareti. Yeni nokta, konumunuz yaklaşık 10 metreden fazla değiştiğinde alınır: hareket hâlindeyken en sık yaklaşık 30 saniyede, yavaşken en sık yaklaşık 2 dakikada bir. Yerinizden ayrılmadığınız sürece yeni nokta oluşmaz. Konum servisini kapatırsanız son bilinen konumla birlikte "GPS kapalı" kaydı gönderilir.
• Nasıl kullanılır: işletmenizin yetkili yöneticileri izi harita ve raporlarda görür. Sunucu bu iz üzerinde kural denetimi yapar ve şu durumları ihlal olarak işaretleyebilir: mesai dışı hareket, hız sınırının aşılması, uzun durma, satış bölgesi dışına çıkma, rotadan sapma, iz kopukluğu ve GPS'in kapatılması. Müşteri ziyareti kaydında ayrıca sahte konum ve müşteriye uzak ziyaret ihlal olarak işaretlenir. Eşikleri işletme belirler.
• Bağlantı yokken: noktalar cihazda bir tampon dosyada birikir (en çok 20.000 nokta; dolarsa en eski noktalar atılır) ve bağlantı gelince gönderilip tampondan silinir.
• Nasıl durur: mesai bittiğinde, oturumunuzu kapattığınızda ya da rızanızı geri çektiğinizde hizmet en geç bir dakika içinde kendiliğinden durur. Oturumu kapattığınızda ya da rızanızı geri çektiğinizde henüz gönderilmemiş noktalar gönderilmeden cihazdan silinir.
• Rıza ve geri çekme: rıza ekranı, saha personeli olarak giriş yaptığınızda, rıza vermediğiniz sürece her oturumda bir kez kendiliğinden açılır. Verdiğiniz ya da vermediğiniz kararın metin sürümü, zamanı ve cihazın üretici/model bilgisi kaydedilir. Rızanızı istediğiniz an uygulamadaki Gün Başı ekranının "Konum izleme" kartından geri çekebilirsiniz. Bu ekran menünüzde yoksa yöneticinizden sizi saha personeli tanımından çıkarmasını isteyebilirsiniz; o durumda takip de durur. Rıza vermemeniz uygulamanın diğer işlevlerini engellemez.

4. Uygulamayı kullanmayan kişilere ait veriler

Teslim belgesindeki imza ile imzalayanın adı ve rolü, aday müşteri ve cari kayıtlarındaki iletişim bilgileri, uygulamayı kullanan çalışana değil üçüncü kişilere aittir. Bu verileri işletme kendi müşteri ilişkisi kapsamında işler; bu kişilere karşı da veri sorumlusu işletmedir.

5. Verilerin gittiği yerler ve üçüncü taraflar

• İşletmenizin sunucusu: uygulamanın topladığı bütün veriler yalnız işletmenizin Depologi sunucusuna gider. Uygulamada reklam, analiz, çökme raporlama ya da izleme kitaplığı (SDK) yoktur; veriler satılmaz ve reklam için kullanılmaz.
• Mobilteg: uygulamanın topladığı kişisel veriler Mobilteg'e gönderilmez. İşletmenin sunucusu (uygulama değil) lisans doğrulaması için Mobilteg lisans merkezine (depologi.com) kurulum kimliğini, sunucu adını, sürümü, açık modül bilgisini, kullanıcı, terminal ve şirket sayılarını ve terminal ile lisans numaralarını gönderir. İşletme destek talebi açarsa, talebi açan kişinin adı ve iletişim bilgisi talebiyle birlikte Mobilteg'e iletilir.
• Google Maps: ziyaret ve sevkiyat ekranlarında "yol tarifi"ne dokunduğunuzda müşterinin koordinatıyla cihazınızdaki harita uygulaması ya da Google Maps açılır. Bu istek sizin dokunuşunuzla başlar ve o hizmetin kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.
• Güncelleme denetimi: Google Play sürümü güncellemeyi Play Store'a bırakır, depologi.com'a bağlanmaz. APK sürümü, işletmenizin sunucusu sürüm bilgisini veremezse en çok iki saatte bir depologi.com'daki sürüm belgesini okur ve güncellemeyi oradan indirir. Bu istekte kişisel veri gönderilmez; her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi cihazın IP adresi sunucuya ulaşır. depologi.com bu isteği ziyaret istatistiğine ve IP güvenlik kaydına yazmaz.
• Yapay zekâ asistanı (yalnız APK sürümünde): işletmeniz bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısını (ör. Anthropic, Google Gemini ya da OpenAI uyumlu bir hizmet) kendi hesabıyla tanımladıysa, asistana yazdığınız sorular ve sorgu sonuçları işletmenin sunucusu üzerinden o sağlayıcıya iletilir. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında olabilir; bu durumda KVKK md. 9 kapsamında yurt dışına aktarım söz konusudur ve aktarımın hukuki dayanağını veri sorumlusu işletme sağlar. Konuşmalar işletmenin sunucusunda saklanır; kendi konuşmalarınızı uygulamadan silebilirsiniz. Sağlayıcı tanımlanmamışsa hiçbir veri gitmez.
• Yasal bir yükümlülük hâlinde verileri yetkili kamu kurumlarına işletme aktarabilir.

6. Aktarım güvenliği

Uygulama, işletmenin sunucusuyla bu sunucunun yayın biçimine göre https (şifreli) ya da http (şifresiz) bağlantıyla konuşur. Depo el terminalleri çoğunlukla işletmenin yerel ağındaki, sertifikası olmayan sunuculara bağlandığından uygulama yerel ağda şifresiz bağlantıya izin verir; bu durumda veriler ağ üzerinde şifrelenmeden taşınır. İnternete açık bir adrese http ile bağlanmak için kurulumda açık onayınız istenir. depologi.com'a yalnız https ile bağlanılır ve yalnız sistemin güvendiği sertifikalar kabul edilir. Sunucuya internetten erişiliyorsa işletmelere https kullanmalarını öneririz.

7. Saklama süreleri

• Konum izi: ham noktalar işletmenin ayarladığı süre boyunca saklanır (varsayılan 180 gün; işletme 7 ile 730 gün arasında belirleyebilir). Süre dolan günlerin ham noktaları her gün otomatik olarak silinir; yerine yalnız gün özeti (nokta sayısı, toplam km, ilk ve son kayıt zamanı) kalır.
• Diğer kayıtlar (hesap, oturum ve cihaz kayıtları, iş kayıtları, imza, fotoğraf, aday bilgileri, yapay zekâ konuşmaları): uygulama bunları otomatik olarak silmez. Saklama süresini veri sorumlusu olarak işletme belirler; fatura, irsaliye ve stok hareketine bağlı kayıtlar vergi ve ticaret mevzuatındaki saklama süreleri boyunca tutulabilir.
• Cihazdaki veriler: çıkış yaptığınızda oturum jetonu ve gönderilmemiş konum noktaları silinir. Çevrimdışı çalışmak için cihazda tutulan iş verileri (saha paketi, gönderilmeyi bekleyen işlemler, rota önbelleği, son işlemler) çıkışta silinmez; uygulama kaldırıldığında ya da uygulama verisi temizlendiğinde silinir. Uygulama bulut yedeğine veri yazmaz.

8. Haklarınız ve başvuru

KVKK md. 11 uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Bu haklar için öncelikle işletmenizin veri sorumlusuna (yöneticinize ya da işletmenin KVKK başvuru kanalına) başvurun; KVKK md. 13 uyarınca başvuru en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. İşletmenize ulaşamıyorsanız info@mobilteg.com.tr adresine yazın: Mobilteg işletmenin sunucusuna erişemediği için başvurunuzu ilgili işletmeye iletir ve size bilgi verir. 9. Çocuklar

Uygulama işletmelerin çalışanları için tasarlanmış bir iş uygulamasıdır; çocuklara yönelik değildir ve hesapları işletmeler açar.

Depologi Mobile App Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains which personal data the Depologi Android app (package com.depologi.terminal; handheld terminal and field use) processes, why, and where the data goes. The app is distributed through Google Play and as an APK file from depologi.com or from the business's own server; differences are noted below. To have your account closed and your data deleted, see Account and data deletion.

1. Who is the data controller?

Depologi is enterprise warehouse and field software that runs on the business's own server. The app has no server of its own: on first launch the address of your business's Depologi server is entered, and everything the app collects is sent only to that server. Accounts are created by the business's authorised administrator; users cannot sign up in the app. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the business that lets you use the app (usually your employer) is the data controller. The developer, Mobilteg ("Mobilteg"), does not access this data; it may access it only during installation or support requested by the business, on the business's instructions, acting as a data processor.

2. Data the app processes

• Account and session: username, display name, company code; the password is sent only with the sign-in request and is not stored on the device; the session token is kept in the device's secure storage.
• Device and connection: a random device ID generated by the app (not the IMEI or a hardware ID), the device name (which you chose and may contain a person's name), manufacturer and model, platform, terminal and licence numbers, IP address.
• Employee location tracking (continuous location trail): only for field staff who gave explicit consent, during working hours. See section 3.
• One-time location: when starting or ending a customer visit, sorting the route by your position, saving an on-site location to a customer's address, completing a delivery, recording a prospect, or taking a document signature, if you granted location permission. For visits, whether the position came from a mock (fake) location source is also recorded; prospect and delivery records do not use a mock location. Without permission, visits, deliveries and signatures are saved without a location.
• Employee work tracking: the warehouse and field operations you perform, scans, task start and finish, quantities, sign-in and sign-out, terminal number and device time; used for the business's stock and order processes and for managers' task and target-time performance reports.
• Camera: barcodes and QR codes are decoded on the device; the camera image is neither stored nor sent. Barcodes can also be typed.
• Photos you take or pick (field tasks, prospect signboard, delivery, quality inspection and corrective action), resized and sent to the business's server.
• Handwritten signature with the signer's name and role on delivery documents, and contact details of prospects and customers: these belong to third parties (see section 4).
• Files you pick on the stock import screen; notification permission (needed to show the persistent notification while tracking); the name and address of an already paired Bluetooth printer (kept on the device only; no scanning); a crash log (error type, error message and stack trace; no request contents, session token or password) kept on the device only and sent nowhere unless you share it yourself.
• APK version only: the Google Play version does not include B2B customer sign-in or the AI assistant. In the APK version, if the business enabled them, the app also processes the B2B application form (company name, tax number and office, full name, e-mail, phone, city, note and IP address), B2B sessions, B2B messages, return photos and payment notices (amount, bank, date and receipt photo), and questions you type into the AI assistant. The app does not take payments.

3. Employee location tracking

• When it starts: only while the app is on screen and all four conditions hold: you are signed in; the business has set you up as field staff; you accepted the in-app consent text; the time is within the business's working hours (08:00–18:00 if the setting cannot be read). It never starts for warehouse users.
• It continues after you leave the app: tracking runs as an Android foreground service with a persistent notification. Once started, it keeps recording while that notification is visible, even if you switch apps or turn the screen off. If notification permission is denied or the app's notifications are turned off, tracking does not start and the app tells you why. The app never asks for "Allow all the time" (background) location; it asks only for "While using the app".
• What is recorded: latitude, longitude, time, accuracy, speed and the device's mock-location flag. A new point is taken when your position changes by more than about 10 metres: at most about every 30 seconds while moving, at most about every 2 minutes while slow. As long as you stay in place, no new point is created. If you turn off location services, a "GPS off" record with the last known position is sent.
• How it is used: the business's authorised managers see the trail on maps and reports. The server checks it against rules set by the business and may flag: movement outside working hours, speeding, long stops, leaving the sales region, route deviation, gaps in the trail and GPS turned off. Customer visit records are also flagged for mock location and for being far from the customer. The business sets the thresholds.
• Offline: points are buffered on the device (up to 20,000; when full, the oldest points are dropped) and deleted from the buffer once sent.
• How it stops: when working hours end, when you sign out, or when you withdraw consent, the service stops itself within one minute. On sign-out or withdrawal of consent, points not yet sent are deleted from the device without being sent.
• Consent: for field staff the consent screen opens automatically once per session for as long as consent has not been given. The text version, time and device make/model of your decision (consent or refusal) are recorded. You can withdraw consent at any time from the "Konum izleme" (Location tracking) card on the Gün Başı (Start of day) screen. If that screen is not in your menu, ask your administrator to remove you from field staff; tracking then stops as well. Refusing consent does not block the app's other functions.

4. Data of people who do not use the app

Signatures with the signer's name and role, and contact details of prospects and customers, belong to third parties. The business processes them within its own customer relationship and is their data controller.

5. Where data goes; third parties

• The business's server: all data collected by the app goes only to the business's Depologi server. The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDK. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
• Mobilteg: personal data collected by the app is not sent to Mobilteg. For licence validation the business's server (not the app) sends Mobilteg's licence centre (depologi.com) its installation ID, server name, version, enabled modules, the counts of users, terminals and companies, and terminal and licence numbers. If the business opens a support ticket, the requester's name and contact details are sent with it.
• Google Maps: tapping "directions" opens your map app or Google Maps with the customer's coordinates; this is started by you and is subject to that service's own terms.
• Update check: the Google Play version leaves updates to the Play Store and does not contact depologi.com. The APK version, if the business's server cannot provide version information, reads a version file on depologi.com at most every two hours and downloads updates from there; no personal data is sent, but the device's IP address reaches the server as with any internet request. depologi.com does not write these requests to its visit statistics or IP security log.
• AI assistant (APK version only): if the business configured an AI provider (e.g. Anthropic, Google Gemini or an OpenAI-compatible service) with its own account, your questions and query results are sent to that provider via the business's server. Such providers may be located abroad, which is a cross-border transfer under KVKK Art. 9; the business, as data controller, provides its legal basis. Conversations are stored on the business's server and you can delete your own conversations in the app. Without a configured provider nothing is sent.
• Where required by law, the business may disclose data to competent public authorities.

6. Security in transit

The app talks to the business's server over https (encrypted) or http (unencrypted), depending on how that server is published. Because warehouse terminals usually connect to servers on the business's local network without a certificate, the app allows unencrypted connections on the local network; data is then carried unencrypted. Connecting to an internet-facing address over http requires your explicit confirmation during setup. depologi.com is reached over https only, and only system-trusted certificates are accepted. We recommend https whenever the server is reachable from the internet.

7. Retention

• Location trail: raw points are kept for the period set by the business (default 180 days, configurable from 7 to 730 days). Raw points of expired days are deleted automatically every day; only a daily summary (point count, total km, first and last record time) remains.
• Other records (account, session and device records, work records, signatures, photos, prospect data, AI conversations) are not deleted automatically by the app. The business, as data controller, decides how long they are kept; records tied to invoices, dispatch notes and stock movements may be kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
• On the device: signing out deletes the session token and unsent location points. Work data kept for offline use (field package, operations waiting to be sent, route cache and recent operations) is not deleted at sign-out; it is deleted when the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared. The app does not write to cloud backup.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object. Please contact your business's data controller first; under KVKK Art. 13 requests are answered within thirty days at the latest. If you cannot reach the business, write to info@mobilteg.com.tr: as Mobilteg cannot access the business's server, we forward your request to the business and keep you informed. 9. Children

The app is a business tool for employees; it is not directed at children and accounts are created by businesses.
